All jewelry is made to order. The average production time for each piece is 3 to 7 days, depending on the ring size and the number of orders.
Shipping and Delays
All orders are shipped worldwide for free! Shipping to the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand takes about 10-15 business days. Shipping to the rest of the world takes about 16 business days.
Delays
International shipping depends on the actual situation at the time, and sometimes customs delays occur. If you find that your order is delayed, please contact us. We will actively cooperate with you to resolve the problem.
Custom and personalized orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by the recipient’s country.
Delivery Information
We will use the mailing address you fill in on platform when placing an order, and you should confirm that your delivery address is correct. We will not refund if the item is not delivered or lost due to the incorrect address you provided on platform.
Damaged and lost packages
I am fully responsible for packages until they reach you. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, don’t worry – I will send you a new item.
Ring sizing and resizing
We make rings to US standard sizes. In each of our product images, there is a size comparison chart for other countries. You can carefully compare the measurement habits in your country to choose the right ring size for you. If you don’t know how to measure your own size, please feel free to contact us and we will answer you. If the ring size is not suitable for you, I can replace it for you. Free of charge. You only need to ship the ring to us yourself, but the shipping costs are your responsibility.
